Improper Installation Technique

Bad siding jobs are all too common in our industry. Homeowners spend millions of dollars each year, expecting to improve their home's appearance. In the days, months and years that follow, they often discover that their homes look worse than before the work was done. Cheap and improperly formulated vinyl panels are only partly to blame. Cutting corners to increase profit extends to installation as well as material.

The following shows what happens when cost, not quality, is the contractor's priority.

Cheap vinyl panels are weakened by the elements and the ultra violet rays of the sun. As they become more and more brittle, cracking occurs from even the slightest impact.

Sloppy corner cuts allow air infiltration and water behind siding causing rotting in the subsurface.

Tight corner cuts prevent damage to the subsurface and look great.

Inconsistent formulation of the material and nailing the panel too tight causes further waves and seperation.

Panels seperate from corners, J-Channels, Sill Trims and Crown Moldings causing your home to look like it's crumbling.
